
Korba :– Arjun Agarwal, a student of DPS NTPC Korba, has made his mark on the national stage by winning an impressive Rupees 12 lakh 50 thousand in this season of Kaun Banega Crorepati Junior, at the young age of 11. The highly anticipated first episode of KBC Junior aired on Monday night, where Arjun’s exceptional knowledge and quick thinking were lauded by the show’s host, Amitabh Bachchan.
Arjun, who appeared on the show accompanied by his parents and younger sister Naina, became a source of pride not just for his family, but for the entire city of Korba. His remarkable success on the popular quiz show has made his achievement even more special, as a young resident of Korba was able to achieve such a feat on a national platform. However, when faced with the 25 lakh rupee question, Arjun made the wise decision to quit the game, ensuring his winnings.
Arjun’s parents, Manish Agarwal, DGM (MGR) at NTPC Korba, and Neha Agarwal, a homemaker, expressed immense pride in their son’s accomplishments. His confidence, knowledge, and maturity impressed the selectors, ultimately earning him a coveted spot on the show.
In addition to his academic achievements, Arjun is also a talented chess player and enjoys playing badminton, highlighting his diverse skills and well-rounded personality. A curious and passionate learner, his favorite subject is Science, and he is known for his enthusiasm to explore new ideas and concepts.
